Nestled within the tranquillity of its own private garden, the retreat also features everything you need for enjoying a timeless getaway. The accommodation is ideally suited for 3 couples or larger family groups of up to 8-9.

A welcoming Living room with rustic fireplace features to the main house and is accompanied by a fully-equipped Kitchen with cooker hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. An alfresco porch with a lovely sitting area and fireplace is complemented by a garden kitchen for food preparation and outdoor dining. The BBQ will also tempt guests to enjoy summertime meals in the sun.

The principal sleeping accommodation comprises of 3 King-size Double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The couple-friendly Master bedroom is equipped with a full En-suite shower, whilst the other 2 bedrooms have access to a family bathroom with shower.
A detached guest lodge also features within the private grounds. Internally, a spacious room with 2 Single beds and an En-suite Service bathroom is provided.
An outdoor shower also features within the grounds of the holiday home, so guests can easily refresh themselves after a day out on the beach.

The modern ‘Cotral’ buses also offer a regional Lazio service from Rome to San Felice Circeo.
