The ‘Villa della Palme’ residence enjoys a convenient town location, along Viale Martiri della Libertà. Guests have the main town square, a skating rink and mini golf centre on the doorstep. Within a 3-5 minutes’ walk away, guests will also find a supermarket range of eateries, shops and the Palazzo Doria tourist site. The Tennis club, Olympic swimming pool, bingo hall and beaches are all within a 6-10 minutes’ stroll away.

Only a 5-minute walk from the residence, Loano Marina offers frequent ferry links, boat mooring, a popular boat rental service and a diving centre. Loano is also well serviced by regional train links. Its main station is located 7 minutes’ drive/ 15 minutes’ stroll from the property.

Just 15 minutes’ drive along the coast, the town of Borgo Verezzi is home to many local visitor attractions, including the Toirano Caves (famed for its Prehistoric paintings), Castel Gavone, Grotte di Borgio Verezzi (a labyrinth of unique underground lakes and caves) and the Santuario di Santa Lucia.
