The spacious WIFI enabled property is situated to the first floor and can be reached by stairwell or lift. Inside the property boasts a beautiful open plan living area with comfortable stylish sofa and a flat screen SAT TV for guest’s entertainment.

A beautiful fully fitted kitchen provides all the desired appliances for an enjoyable self-catering stay and the property boasts a stylish indoor dining area and an alfresco dining area to the provide terrace balcony, which enjoys partial lake views.

The accommodation is perfect for families with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master double bedroom is perfect for couples and features a modern en-suite bathroom with power shower, wash basin, WC and bidet. The second bedroom is perfect for couples and the third bedroom is furnished with two twin single beds. A second modern bathroom with power shower, wash basin, WC and bidet also features.

Laundry facilities are provided for guests use and parking facilities are located just outside the residence.

Guest’s can enjoy the fabulous resident facilities which include a sunny lake view swimming pool and sunny poolside ideal for sunbathing and daytime relaxing!

A stylish cafe bar restaurant also provides the perfect meeting place for morning cappuccinos and romantic evening dinners, with steps leading down to Maccagno’s picturesque lakefront promenade which provides a tranquil setting for walkers and joggers. The lakefront parkland is a beautiful spot for a picnic and the public beach is also perfect for lake swimming and reading a book.

Water sport enthusiasts and beginners can enjoy the La Darsena Sailing school with lessons in wind surfing and kite surfing and equipment for hire.
