A fully fitted kitchen provides all the necessary equipment for a self catering stay with a gas hob oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher provided. Guests can also enjoy a morning cappuccino, evening aperitif or romantic dinner at the onsite restaurant.

The apartment boasts versatile and extremely comfortable sleeping quarters with 3 spacious bedrooms in total. The master bedroom features a king size bed and luxury en-suite bathroom and the two further bedrooms comprise a king size bed and twin single beds.
A second shared bathroom with power shower, wash basin, WC and bidet is also provided for guest’s convenience. Shared laundry facilities can conveniently be found to the building’s basement.

A private garage is provided for guests and shared parking is also situated in the residence.

Guests can enjoy the wide range of activities in the residence which includes a fabulous sunny Lido with lakefront swimming pool, sun terrace and Jacuzzi. Volleyball and rock-climbing wall can also be enjoyed. A scenic jogging route can easily be accessed from the resident steps which lead down to Maccagno’s picturesque promenade.

A lake front park is the ideal spot for relaxing and walking as well as for enjoying Water sport’s from the popular La Darsena Sailing Club. Activities on the lake and surrounding area also include hiking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, extreme sports and skiing.
